After unfortunately having a wardrobe malfunction at work recently, I had to get me some new jeans. I decided to see if I could find me something on Amazon so that I wouldn't have to trudge up to one of the only stores that seems to occasionally have my size (46x30).I found Maverick and they had my size, and after putting it in my cart, I saw Amazon had a pair same size in their Essentials brand. The Maverick was only $16.99 (Beyond awesome price) and Amazon's was $30 (cost more than the Maverick, but still decidedly cheaper than the usual name brands. Got both of them to see which would fit me better, and the pants arrived on Friday, but I didn't try them on till today (4/21/19).The Maverick pair were tight around my butt and upper thighs (leaving me highly disappointed). That was my fault because I didn't realize this was a TALL size 46 as opposed to a BIG size 46 (I just noticed it in the product name up above). Meanwhile the Amazon Essentials jeans fit PERFECTLY...and they're stretchy. No unfortunate tightness or discomfort. Plus they feel like they will last for a while (The Maverick pair despite their size issue feel durable as well). If you fit a size 46x30 normally but don't have such a big butt or very thick thighs, these will do you well. Otherwise i'd recommend the Amazon Essentials if you need more room.This is a good sturdy denim that is not too stiff, and not too soft. The design is very basic, and does not include that little extra pocket just above the right front pocket.The cut seems more like a slim cut than "Regular Fit," so if you like your jeans to be looser (especially in the thigh area), I would recommend ordering one (or maybe two) size(s) larger.I originally ordered a pair of pants to try out the brand and to check their fit. The first pair was perfect, so I ordered another pair. Wow. Way too small. At least two sizes too smal. I figured it was an anomoly and after returning that pair, tried once more. This time, same size as the previous two orders, the fit was only slightly tight. Not bad enough to return, but definitely not the same as the original pair. My suggestion, order 4 pair, try them all on, and keep the one that works. Return the rest.So many big men's jeans sag in the seat and are baggy across the front. These are great in both respects. The pair I got seemed nicely constructed for a medium quality jean. My wife is pretty skeptical of affordable clothing, but she was pleased and surprised at the way these fit and looked on me, and at the quality of manufacture. Nice Product!The blue jeans were exactly what I needed and wanted. The appear to be just as good as name brands like Levi, Lee or Wrangler. Thank you.Overall fits as expected. They're a little snug in the calf. They're not the best quality, but they're great for $6 compared to big name brands over $40/pair. They definitely saved money in the seams and stitching. Just not as high quality as others. For $6, it's as good deal .Other than slightly small, they are a great value. I wish you could order shorter lengths, or better yet, a service through Amazon to hem pants to specified lengths.Fabriqué par Wrangler, avec les mêmes qualités et les mêmes défauts. Sinon la qualité est bonne et l'ensemble est correct.The only problem I found with them is the belt loops to either side of the button are too close to the middle.
